About The Position

The Laboratory Technician is responsible for performing engineering tests on
products, assisting with the creation of prototype RFID products, conducting
experiments, and creating reports to document test results.

The ideal candidate must be organized and results-driven with excellent
problem-solving and communication skills.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Basic laboratory and scientific method experience
• Basic computer skills including Office and Excel

Nice To Haves

• Experience in RFID, electronics, or PCB assembly is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work with the engineering team to perform various tests on prototype and production products
• Create and evaluate RFID tag and label prototypes using various assembly methods
• Provide test results and findings to the engineering team with written reports
• Complete training and demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision
