Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent or higher from a two-year college or technical school in science-related field
  • 3-5 years' experience working in a laboratory environment preferred
  • Ability to operate lab equipment safely
  • Ability to effectively present information to a group
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Perform data analysis, draw conclusions, and make experimental recommendations
  • Conduct analytical testing in support of projects and plan and execute project work in an organized and professional manner
  • Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Actively participate in departmental activities such as panels, meetings and committees
  • Contribute to product innovation by exploring emerging technologies and identifying opportunities for performance improvements
  • Prepare and deliver technical reports for product development projects
  • Monitor and adjust product development processes as needed
  • Create test plans and make design changes
  • Comply with all regulations and safety precautions
