About The Position

This role directly supports the production of highly-sensitive and detailed aerospace components where cleanliness, precision, and process discipline are essential to mission success. Responsible for supporting the preparation of mission-critical aerospace components in a controlled clean room environment by performing meticulous cleaning processes on high-precision manufactured parts used in space and defense applications. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional focus, patience, and discipline, with the ability to stay on task while following strict procedures and cleanliness standards.

Requirements

• High attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus during repetitive precision tasks.

• Ability to work in a clean room environment, including wearing full clean room garments for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision cleaning of aerospace components according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Handle delicate, high-value components with extreme care to prevent contamination, damage, or defects.
• Work in a controlled clean room environment while following proper gowning, contamination control, and safety protocols.
• Use specialized cleaning equipment, tools, and high-performance solvents as directed by engineering and quality procedures.
• Inspect components visually and with state-of-the-art magnification tools to ensure cleanliness and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain strict attention to detail during repetitive and highly focused tasks.
• Accurately document cleaning steps, inspections, and process completion according to company and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation within the clean room environment.
• Communicate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams regarding any issues, contamination concerns, or nonconformances.
