Ag Processing Inc (AGP) is hiring for a Lab Tech to test, analyze, and make recommendations for products at our Sergeant Bluff facility. Responsibilities will include performing lab analyses and reporting results, and maintaining the lab’s supply inventory. AGP is not just a company; we're a community! Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
  • Position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Computer skills such as Microsoft Word Suite
  • Physical labor (lifting, bending, climbing stairs, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Lab experience preferred (testing techniques, equipment and procedures)
  • Knowledge of agricultural production/ manufacturing a plus

Responsibilities

  • Safely perform accurate lab analyses on product samples
  • Record test results in laboratory database
  • Effectively report the results in a timely manner
  • Maintenance of lab equipment
