About The Position

Assist the program chair for The School of Information Technology with various lab duties. Responsibilities include lab and equipment monitoring; assisting students with application, procedures and policies; lab preparation and supplies; and basic troubleshooting for computers, servers, virtualization, and networking. In addition, this position assists with set up of PCs per faculty requirements, imaging of hard drives, PC/server/network configuration, upgrades, and wiring.
