About The Position

Conduct analytical testing of various vegetable oils using Stratas SOPs in a manufacturing facility. Recording corresponding data electronically. Clean and organize laboratory in a food manufacturing environment. Testing of samples at various points in the process: production samples, inbound and outbound truck samples.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent - Required & Verified

Nice To Haves

Experience with food safety a plus.
Previous laboratory experience helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

Communicate to management when test results indicate that corrective action is necessary
Prioritize oil samples as they arrive in the laboratory
Complete analytical testing and paperwork in a timely manner
Enter all analysis into data base (TLC)
Learn procedures as necessary
Develop a thorough understanding of laboratory processes and procedures
Attend all training and safety meetings as scheduled
