We have an opportunity for a Lab Technician to join our North Aurora, IL. team. You will work with our technical team to develop test methods, set up, and conduct new product performance tests. You will: Set up, troubleshoot, and optimize a variety of testing solutions. Assist engineers with troubleshooting system failures and determining root cause Evaluate and propose improvements for lab testing. Fabricate advanced test fixtures and tools with precision. Independently maintain lab facilities, equipment, and documentation. Mentor and guide less experienced technicians. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the lab. Stay abreast of evolving regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a lab environment.
  • Proficient in product testing and troubleshooting.
  • Advanced instrumentation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Electrical and Hydraulic experience is a plus but not required.
