The Lab Technician monitors, daily, raw material and finished products. In addition, the Technician will perform microbiological testing and maintain shelf-life program. Job Responsibilities Conduct verification inspections for post sanitation and pre-operation cleans. Conduct pre-operational and environmental monitoring swabs Conduct plating of environmental monitoring swabs Monitor room, cooler and incubator temperatures. Conduct routine testing and monitoring of product and packaging attributes to established specifications Conduct daily review of labels and retain product Conduct real time review of production records Conduct daily line inspections. Conduct routine data entry and filing of paper work All GLC employees are expected to perform any assignment or job task according to the stated safety policies and procedures All GLC employees are expected to produce our products in a manner that exceeds the quality and value expectation of our customers and consumers by adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices, Policies and Procedures outlined in our Safe Quality Food Program.
