You will guide a team of Lab Techs, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Working in a cGMP environment, you'll oversee daily activities, develop team members, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and meet customer demands. Your role will be instrumental in developing talent, improving processes, and contributing to our company's growth and success in serving science.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years).
• Demonstrated knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), ISO standards, and quality management systems in regulated laboratory environments
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop laboratory teams, including performance management and employee development for 5–12 direct reports
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions and continuous improvement initiatives
• Experience conducting investigations, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact across all organizational levels
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize work and manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with ERP and laboratory systems
• Demonstrated success improving safety, quality, and efficiency metrics
• Ability to work effectively in a cGMP laboratory and cleanroom environment while following strict safety and procedural requirements
• Physical ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift materials in accordance with job requirements
• Ability to perform successfully under pressure while managing competing priorities

• Able to communicate, receive, and understand information and ideas with diverse groups of people in a comprehensible and reasonable manner.
• Able to work upright and stationary and/or standing for typical working hours.
