Discover Impactful Work: Join our dedicated team in Unity Lab Services as a Lab Support Specialist, where we provide seamless support tailored to our customers' unique needs. We’re seeking an organized individual to handle glasswash operations. A day in the Life: Perform specific tasks associated with labware operations, including precision cleaning, inventory management, quality control, and sterilization through autoclaving Collect used labware/materials from various labs and ensure dedicated points of use are fully restocked Handle glassware management, ensuring a consistent supply and safe storage of these materials. Partner with clients to understand their labware and material needs, providing timely support and ensuring stock availability Follow well-defined procedures as outlined by Best Practices, SOPs & Work Instructions Maintain accurate records of inventory and support activities. May perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year experience with material handling required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a safety-first approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice To Haves

  • Good x Practice (GxP) environment or laboratory setting experience preferred

Responsibilities
