About The Position

As the Lab Support Services Lead at CentraCare Laboratory Services, you'll oversee pre-testing and post-testing functions for patients of all ages. Prioritizing patient safety and Family Centered Care principles, you'll optimize workflows, ensure compliance, and manage supply procurement. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Associate Degree from a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) Program or related life sciences degree or experience in lieu of education.
• Certification as a Laboratory Assistant, Phlebotomist, or Certified Medical Assistant to be obtained within 1 year. Certification must be verified within six weeks of taking the exam.
• 1 or more years of experience within CentraCare Laboratories preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar role may be taken into consideration.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic computer skills.
