Lab Supervisor

The Lab Supervisor at Claire Manufacturing/Dandy is responsible for overseeing the workflows, equipment, team members, and quality standards in a state-of-the-art dental lab. This full-time position requires managing a team of over 40 technicians during the Swing shift (2pm-10:30pm) to ensure that production meets high-quality standards and customer deadlines. The role involves administrative tasks, problem-solving, quality adherence, inventory monitoring, and collaboration with other teams to enhance operational efficiency.
