About The Position
The Supervisor Lab - Sections coordinates all activities of technical and/or non-technical functions of the department under the supervision of the department Manager/Director. Maintains specified medical laboratory equipment performance by establishing quality standards; developing operations, quality, and troubleshooting procedures; certifying instrument performance; arranging equipment replacement, service, and repair. Responsible for overall productivity, service, and staff development with technical laboratory personnel.
