Ensure departments and personnel meet established goals, objectives, standards of performance, and housekeeping requirements.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED, required.
Minimum of two years experience in a similar position with emphasis on supervision.
Strong leadership skills.
Ability to analyze materials flow.
Knowledge of basic accounting, inventory, and shipping procedures.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure
Proven performance leading a fast paced production team.
Display a strong aptitude and desire to continuously improve self, processes, and people.

Responsibilities

Prepare and administer employee performance reviews.
Quality control of all manufacturing procedures.
Inspect products at various stages of production to ensure attainment of quality standards.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
Organize, coordinate and deliver initial and on-going training.
Promote company philosophy, beliefs and goals.
Motivate employees by leading by example and maintaining a positive attitude.
Ensure all processes are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.
Ensure compliance with applicable OSHA regulations.
