About The Position
HealthTrackRx is the nation's leading PCR-based infectious disease laboratory, delivering next morning results to healthcare providers nationwide. The Lab Services - Field Supervisor is responsible for supervising and managing the remote Lab Support Specialists, assisting with hiring and terminations, performance management, training, and coverage coordination of remote Lab Support Services staff. This role includes oversight of day-to-day operations, managing team schedules, and ensuring compliance with required documentation and training.
