We evaluate natural experiments in health policy, benefit design/out‑of-pocket costs, and health insurance using large administrative claims. Our projects span methods such as difference‑in‑differences, panel data models / controlled interrupted time series/ segmented regression, and survival analysis. We use robust data engineering processes to create analyzable cohorts from raw claims. The Programmer/ Analyst will serve as a SAS‑forward Programmer/Analyst (Stata helpful) who can turn raw claims into analytic datasets and contribute to study design, analysis, and manuscripts in collaboration with faculty investigators, a Research Scientist, project managers, and external partners.
