Role Overview Arm's Systems Engineering team is establishing a new engineering lab in Milpitas, and we are seeking a Systems Lab Program Manager - Lead to build and own this capability. As the first operational hire at the site, you will take responsibility for ensuring the lab is designed, equipped, and managed to support complex system prototyping and engineering activities. This is a hands-on role with strong ownership, where you will combine technical expertise with process development to enable the Systems Engineering team to deliver at scale. In addition to running the Milpitas lab, you will help define processes, tools, and best practices that can be applied across other Arm facilities worldwide - making this role critical to shaping how we scale our engineering environments globally.
