Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate records.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities
- Receive, label, and log laboratory specimens accurately into tracking systems.
- Prepare samples for analysis by performing tasks such as centrifugation, aliquoting, and reagent preparation.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Conduct routine quality control checks and document results to ensure data reliability.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety and biohazard protocols.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and escalate issues to supervisors as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily processing targets and support laboratory workflow.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements related to laboratory processing.
