This job coordinates Quality Improvement activities of the laboratory department. Oversees compliance and inspection readiness for all laboratory accrediting agencies. Establishes, monitors and updates performance improvement programs. Reviews and investigates as appropriate, various departmental and organizational incident reports and initiates corrective action process.
