Your day will begin with setting up testing equipment to ensure accuracy in measurements. You will conduct various tests on finished products, documenting results meticulously to maintain safety and integrity standards. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any issues that arise, contributing to the overall problem-solving process. Your schedule will be consistent, working Saturday, Sunday and 1 weekday, 6AM -6PM , allowing for a structured work-life balance. Requirements

Responsibilities

Start Dryer, verify airlocks & switches are on and vibe bed is plugged in
Test kibble every 15 minutes using the Foss Machine (grinds the kibble down to a powder) to take samples and record results
Conduct paperwork for moisture, temp, & lot information in Plex (ERP system)
Make dryer adjustments if the kibble is not in spec
Aerate totes if moisture is out of range & notify cooling room
Communicate often with maintenance, quality, and extruder operators
Conduct cleaning daily
