Requirements

  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
  • Ability to operate various machines
  • Physically able to stand, bend, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Safety Commitment All UAC employees must know and follow job safety procedures, attend required health and safety trainings, proactively promote safety at work, and promptly report actual and potential accidents and injuries. Employees must understand the PPE and wear it properly.

Responsibilities

  • Operate machines to conduct necessary sample testing
  • Label specimens and maintain traceability: lot number, PC ID, orientation, web/rail
  • Perform quality checks: dimensions, flatness, custom or machining surfaces, deburred edges
  • Measure different specimen types
  • Check part drawing for accuracy
  • Utilize various tools to complete tasks
  • Promote and practice workplace safety
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
