This position supervises laboratory coordinators and support staff, manages budgets and inventories, and ensures that equipment, materials, and resources are maintained to support ongoing research and academic activities. The Manager plays a key role in coordinating administrative functions, maintaining documentation, and supporting faculty and research personnel by ensuring that laboratory infrastructure and processes operate smoothly. Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
