Join Vibrint, where your career is a priority, and your future is our shared goal. ______________________________________________________________________ We are seeking a Lab Manager for a future funded role to maintain the Products lab system infrastructure. Lab Manager will oversee our multi-vendor technology demonstration and testing lab. This critical role supports our product sales groups operations by maintaining a state-of-the-art lab environment for customer and vendor demonstrations. Technologies in the lab include offerings from our leading partners to include Dell, HPE, VMware, Red Hat, NetApp, Palo Alto Networks, and emerging AI OEMS. Position requires US citizenship. Active TS/SCI clearance is not required but preferred.

Requirements

  • Ability to Perform the Following:
  • Create and manage an IT and Asset management inventory database, to include partner use of equipment.
  • Perform day-to-day system administration across multi-vendor infrastructure
  • Perform system updates, patches, and firmware upgrades
  • Document lab and network configurations
  • Daily maintenance of Lab activities which include onboarding new partners/tenants in the lab, password reset requests, VPN profile (AD updates) as well as overall partner lab requests.
  • Manage NFR licensing for partners, demo capabilities in the lab, NFR expiration dates, extensions, and new license requests.
  • Manage Lab purchased licensing, expirations and renewal requests.
  • Aid in partner software installations.
  • Maintain and update infrastructure, Software and Firmware in the lab.
  • Qualifications: B.S. in a technical discipline and minimum three (3) years' experience: installing, maintaining, and trouble-shooting various IT devices and lab environments to support development and testing for Windows, UNIX, and Linux; managing lab property and licenses; and performing or assisting with inventory efforts or seven (7) years' experience in lieu of degree.
