The Lab Manager may also develop novel testing and scoring protocols when necessary, and will have opportunities to analyze data, present findings at conferences, and write manuscripts. The Lab Manager will also be responsible for the day-to-day research operations of the lab, including managing IRB protocols, overseeing undergraduate research assistants, organizing lab meetings, and fulfilling other research administrative needs of the lab.In the broader context of the DeMarco Lab, the Lab Manager plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between individual research projects and the collective vision of our lab. The Lab Manager reports directly to Dr. DeMarco.
