Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of analytical experience in a manufacturing or fluids lab environment.
• Experience with transformer or electrical industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of chemistry and related disciplines.
• Proven ability to solve cross-disciplinary technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and customer-facing interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex chemical analyses to support product development and quality assurance.
• Develop and implement advanced testing methods including spectroscopy and thermal analysis.
• Supervise oil analysis using IEEE, IEC, and ASTM standards to ensure product integrity.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to meet certification standards.
• Collaborate with universities and research centers to drive innovation.
• Support ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation efforts for technical competence and quality.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, and recommendations for cross-functional teams.
• Represent the lab in customer meetings and technical conferences.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
