About The Position

SnugZ USA is committed to manufacturing products of the highest quality to meet our customers' needs. We are looking for new associates to join our team! Purpose and Scope of Position: Ensure that arrays of products are being heated and move across the line at the appropriate temperature for pouring and cooling.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Must be able to read, write, and speak fluently in English, bilingual in English / Spanish is a bonus
Ability to alternate between sitting and standing
Ability to stand for 8 hours
Ability to walk for up to 8 hours
Ability to use a step ladder on occasion
Ability to perform fine manipulation such as picking or pinching for 4 hours.
Ability to perform gross manipulation such as holding, grasping, and turning for 6 hours
Ability to lift and carry 20-100 pounds for 8 hours
Near visual acuity, ability to read orders for 8 hours
Ability to push or pull 20-100 pounds for 8 hours
Ability to stoop or bend for 8 hours
Ability to crouch or kneel for 8 hours
Ability to utilize a pallet jack

Responsibilities

Operate t he different line machines
C omplete product orders on time
Clean and change out the product on the machines
Refill the machine once the product has run out
Calculate the different speeds the machine needs to run at for the type of product ordered
Knowledgeable on how to troubleshoot the machines
Keep track of number of products completed
Perform quality checks o n the finished products
Leave work station clean and orderly after each shift
Adaptability to shift or hour changes
Additional duties as assigned
