Requirements
- Associate degree in Life Sciences or equivalent
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs., stand/walk for extended periods, and move equipment
- Familiarity with cGMP and electronic systems
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Maintain lab inventory, prepare media, and manage supplies
- Safely handle compressed gases and cryogenic liquids
- Clean and monitor temperature units, fume hoods, and biosafety cabinets
- Track equipment maintenance and calibration using electronic systems
- Coordinate workflows across departments using digital tools
- Manage lab notebooks, logbooks, and documentation reconciliation
- Support recurring equipment maintenance and calibration schedules
- Organize and label lab spaces according to SOPs
- Complete safety and procedural trainings
- Perform tasks in areas handling potent chemical compounds
- Participate in weekend and overtime schedules as needed
