About The Position
At Bon Secours Mercy Health, we are dedicated to continually improving health care quality, safety and cost effectiveness. Our hospitals, care sites and clinicians are recognized for clinical and operational excellence. The Lab Lead Support Services functions as department lead to coordinate daily operations of assigned areas in terms of staffing and workflow. The Lab Lead obtains specimens, assists with processes for testing and referral testing, performs waived and select testing, and assists with daily scheduling, data collection inventory, and troubleshooting sample and customer issues.
