To be fully engaged in providing Quality/No Harm, Customer Experience, and Stewardship by providing information services that consistently exceed our customers' expectations and support the corporate objectives of Health First, Inc. The Business Systems Analyst works directly with the business owners of their assigned support areas to analyze, specify, and design automated systems as well as implement new systems or modifying existing ones. This position also investigates and problems, provides application technical support, and training to their customers for systems and software. Also, acting as the communication hub, this position coordinates the information technology activities for their assigned areas by designing, configuring, testing, and debugging software based on user requirements. Lastly, this associate supports strategic projects as a crucial member of the project team and can also be asked to investigate and resolve problems, provide application technical support, and training to their customers. This associate may report to a senior business systems analyst, coordinator, manager, or director for a particular deliverable.
