Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Strong mechanical skills and enjoy working with tools on a daily basis.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational skills and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs routinely and to lift/manipulate smaller weight items throughout the day.
  • Ability to stand and move about for approximately 80+% of the shift.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of general lab practices and lab safety.
  • Database/LIMS experience is highly preferred.
  • Prior warehouse and/or shipping and receiving experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operation, maintenance and repair of environmental sampling equipment.
  • Clean, certify and maintain the inventory and support of laboratory operations.
  • Handle daily shipping, receiving and processing of equipment requests and samples based on clients’ needs.
  • Prepare, calibrate, certify and repair air sampling equipment.
  • Maintain clean laboratory areas.
  • Maintain organized records of equipment requests and fulfillment.
  • Track inventory from multiple sites.
  • Comply with Enthalpy’s Quality Assurance Program and other policies.
  • Comply with Enthalpy’s Health and Safety Plan.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Group Leader or Lab Director.
