Manufacturing Systems Engineering under Leo Production Operations is responsible for delivering test software, hardware, and frameworks that improve the speed and quality of satellite component testing. We partner with engineering and production teams to enhance reliability and repeatability of our test systems, improve throughput, and accelerate transition. We are seeking a Test Lab Operations Automation Engineer to implement and integrate automated testing solutions in Leo Labs and Manufacturing environment. This role serves as a bridge between MSE developers, testing, and operations teams, focusing on deploying automation tools, configuring test equipment, and maintaining automated testing infrastructure to streamline laboratory operations. In this role you will work across the org with many software and hardware teams for the implementation of automation solutions, prioritizing critical efforts and providing updates to senior management and stakeholders.
