About The Position

The Director of Clinical Laboratory leads and directs laboratory personnel whose primary responsibilities are the collection and testing of specimens in order to provide physicians timely accurate lab test results. Oversees a wide variety of administrative and technical activities; responsible for revenue and operating budgets and a personnel staff. Works closely with Pathologists. Insures compliance with regulations/standards and maintains accreditations and licensures. Demonstrates commitment and accountability for implementation, communication, and monitoring of all functions of the Laboratory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise laboratory staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
