Our team is dedicated to improving health outcomes, advancing health equity, and treating every patient with dignity and respect. Position Overview The Lab Coordinator is a vital member of the clinical operations team, responsible for maintaining the efficiency, safety, and quality of all laboratory activities. Reporting to the Medical Assistant Manager, the Lab Coordinator ensures timely specimen collection, proper handling, accurate documentation, and adherence to regulatory standards. This role also supports clinic staff, trains and oversees lab volunteers, and maintains laboratory equipment and supplies.
