About The Position

What You'll Do: Manage and track lab inventory across assigned work centers, including handling mechanical, fragile, and electrically sensitive parts using ERP tools. Coordinate with hybridization and assembly teams to ensure accurate kitting, distribution of parts, and timely closure of issues. Support cross-functional operations, including precision cleaning overflow, internal/external audits, and collaboration with planners, engineers, operators, and management. Follow established production and quality processes, including Solumina work instructions, SOPs, safety/security requirements, and AS9100 standards. Contribute to overall lab operations by resolving issues, maintaining compliance, and performing additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated reading, writing, basic math, and computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel) with the ability to quickly learn new software tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with planners, operators, engineers, and leadership.
  • Ability to be professional, dependable, and detail‑oriented, with excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of integrity.
  • To be a self‑motivated team player with a willingness to work in a warehouse/lab environment and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.
  • High School Diploma with 1-3 years of inventory control experience in an ISO9001 or AS9100 certified environment.
  • US citizenship due to access restrictions.
