About The Position

Lead structured requirements gathering across lab operations, engineering, R&D, logistics, facilities, and safety. Translate operational needs into clear functional requirements and partner with technical teams on solution design. Ensure systems support scalable workflows, high-quality data, end-to-end visibility, and compliance. Represent the business in system development discussions and decision-making forums. Drive alignment and standardization across business units while supporting necessary flexibility. Ensure effective integration of systems with workflows and data across the lab ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or business systems supporting lab operations, R&D operations, or operational workflows.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling, data flows, and system lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated experience defining requirements, managing roadmaps, and driving cross-functional alignment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with lab execution platforms, operational data environments, or lab-related digital systems is a plus.
• Semiconductor industry experience preferred.
