About The Position

Lab Business Support Specialists are responsible for Lab workques for GW, Midtown, Henderson, TWH and support Gibson and Union when needed. The team is responsible for client billing and follow-up along with reference lab billing and tracking. This position will be expected to cross train with registration and fill in as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current driver's license and clean driving record.
• BLS (basic life support) certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage Lab workques for multiple locations including GW, Midtown, Henderson, TWH, Gibson, and Union.
• Handle client billing and follow-up processes.
• Track reference lab billing and ensure accuracy.
• Cross train with registration and provide support as needed.
