About The Position

This full-time Laboratory Associate position at Beverly Hospital is an opportunity to join the growing BILH team and directly contribute to patient care by handling specimens with precision and ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance. The role involves performing age-appropriate phlebotomy across all patient demographics, supporting inpatient units, outreach sites, and specimen processing. The associate will serve as a crucial link between patients, clinical teams, and the laboratory, working a 40-hour day shift schedule and rotating across campuses, including weekend and holiday coverage. Requirements

• Valid State Driver’s License
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and customer service

Nice To Haves

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Phlebotomy training or internship
• 1 year of related experience
• Phlebotomy certification

Responsibilities

• Collect and process specimens with care and precision
• Perform age‑appropriate phlebotomy (neonatal through geriatric)
• Support inpatient units, outreach sites, and specimen processing
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance at every step
• Serve as a trusted link between patients, clinical teams, and the lab
• Rotate across campuses and support weekend/holiday coverage as needed
