Job Summary: This role performs routine laboratory testing to support clinical trials research, ensuring accurate data generation and compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some CAP/CLIA locations may require a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or medical laboratory technology.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory principles and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
• Understanding of laboratory safety, infection control, and hazardous chemical handling
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment, instrumentation, and terminology
• Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
• Ability to maintain accurate workflow and documentation
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks.
• Occasional exposure to cold temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine specimen testing and document results according to SOPs and regulatory guidelines
• Evaluate analytical validity and escalate unusual or suspect findings to senior laboratory staff
• Prepare buffers, solutions, and manage post‑analysis sample and reagent storage
• Assist in developing and writing new laboratory procedures and techniques
• Maintain an organized, safe, and 6S‑compliant laboratory environment with clear communication to cross‑functional partners
