Job Summary: This role performs routine laboratory testing and documentation to support clinical trials research. You will ensure high‑quality data generation while upholding safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory principles, equipment, and instrumentation
• Understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and regulatory standards
• Familiarity with laboratory safety, hazardous chemical handling, and infection control procedures
• Ability to collaborate effectively and maintain accurate reporting and workflow
• Strong attention to detail with basic computer proficiency
• Capability to work independently while supporting team priorities
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints).

• Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks.
• Occasional exposure to cold temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine specimen testing and document results according to SOPs and regulatory guidelines
• Evaluate analytical results and escalate performance issues or unusual findings to senior staff
• Prepare buffers, solutions, and maintain sample and reagent storage
• Support development and documentation of new laboratory procedures
• Communicate clearly with cross‑functional teams and assist in maintaining a safe, compliant, and organized lab environment
