Job Summary: This role performs routine laboratory testing and documentation to support clinical trials research. You will ensure high‑quality data generation while upholding safety, quality, and regulatory standards. What You’ll Be Doing: Perform routine specimen testing and document results according to SOPs and regulatory guidelines Evaluate analytical results and escalate performance issues or unusual findings to senior staff Prepare buffers, solutions, and maintain sample and reagent storage Support development and documentation of new laboratory procedures Communicate clearly with cross‑functional teams and assist in maintaining a safe, compliant, and organized lab environment What We Are Looking For: High School Diploma or equivalent. Basic knowledge of laboratory principles, equipment, and instrumentation Understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and regulatory standards Familiarity with laboratory safety, hazardous chemical handling, and infection control procedures Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role: Ability to collaborate effectively and maintain accurate reporting and workflow Strong attention to detail with basic computer proficiency Capability to work independently while supporting team priorities Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. Occasional exposure to cold temperatures. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.

Requirements
