Role Summary This dual-role position supports both day-to-day IVF laboratory operations and tissue bank coordination. You will play a key role in maintaining lab organization, managing inventory, coordinating the transport of reproductive tissue (eggs, sperm, embryos), and ensuring accurate data entry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field (required)
  • 1+ years of experience in healthcare or a lab setting preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfort working with data and systems (EMR experience a plus)
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Interest in reproductive health or laboratory work

Responsibilities

  • Support daily lab operations, including data entry, cleaning, and preparation for procedures
  • Maintain lab inventory and organize supplies
  • Assist with coordinating and tracking the transport of eggs, sperm, and embryos
  • Prepare and manage documentation for tissue transport and storage
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in EMR and reporting systems (SART/NASS)
  • Communicate with internal teams, patients, and external clinics to support coordination efforts
  • Follow all lab protocols and regulatory guidelines to ensure quality and compliance
