Lab Assistant/Phlebotomist

In this support role, you'll collect blood samples, foster patient trust, and perform low complexity testing and culture set-up. Ideal candidates include students, those with patient care backgrounds, and individuals with some lab experience. Join us and make a difference in our community! Schedule: Casual summer of 2026 | Onsite Monday-Friday| 8- hour shifts | 6:45am-5:30pm Every 6th Saturday, 8am-12pm Pay and Benefits: Starting pay begins at $18.28 per hour and increases with experience Pay range: $17.00 - $25.54 per hour Earn extra pay for working evening/night/weekend shifts Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Prefer graduate from or in the process of pursing a phlebotomy certificate from an accredited laboratory program or medical-related program Knowledge of medical terminology and basic computer skills CentraCare has made a commitment to diversity in its workforce.
