Requirements

• High School Degree or GED required.
• Phlebotomist Certification preferred but not required.
• One year of phlebotomy experience preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Engage with staff and patients in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting patients respectfully.
• Collect specimens from patients according to established procedures.
• Accurately identify patients and match their identity with the correct service.
• Perform data entry and processing of specimens, including labeling and centrifuging.
• Conduct clerical duties such as checking inventory and answering phones.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly as needed.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
