Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Detail-oriented team players with great communication skills
- People who love helping others and keeping things running smoothly
Nice To Haves
- Completion of an approved phlebotomy course (preferred, but not required!)
- At least one year as a trained phlebotomist preferred.
- Excellent skills in organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and technical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain diverse technical problems in easy-to-understand language.
- Strong independent judgment and decision-making skills.
- PBT (ASCP) certification preferred
- CPR certification
