Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Detail-oriented team players with great communication skills
  • People who love helping others and keeping things running smoothly

Nice To Haves

  • Completion of an approved phlebotomy course (preferred, but not required!)
  • At least one year as a trained phlebotomist preferred.
  • Excellent skills in organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain diverse technical problems in easy-to-understand language.
  • Strong independent judgment and decision-making skills.
  • PBT (ASCP) certification preferred
  • CPR certification
