This position is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods. Required to keep the dishwashing area clean and safe. Works in collaboration with the BOH staff to uphold the company's high standards of excellence regarding food quality, cleanliness, and guest service.
