About The Position

This position is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods. Required to keep the dishwashing area clean and safe. Works in collaboration with the BOH staff to uphold the company's high standards of excellence regarding food quality, cleanliness, and guest service.

Requirements

• Up to 1 year of experience preferred but not required in a hospitality-related kitchen (restaurant, hotel environment).
• Food Handler Certification.
• Working knowledge of sanitation procedures.
• Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.

• Open availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work open and close shifts.
