About The Position
Fontainebleau Miami Beach is a spectacular blend of Golden Era glamour and modern luxury, inviting guests to experience a vibrant new kind of hospitality. The hotel, designed by legendary architect Morris Lapidus, is situated on oceanfront Collins Avenue and is one of the most historically significant hotels in Miami Beach. Opened in 1954, it offers a unique environment where guests can play, shop, dine, spa, meet, or relax. We are looking for a dedicated individual to assist the Chef de Partie in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen while supporting day-to-day operations.
