About The Position

The L2 Production Support w/ Splunk role is part of the Production Services and Infrastructure Delivery team, focusing on supporting CSW CTO Production Services. The position requires effective communication and strong documentation skills, along with a solid understanding of Linux/Unix and various technical skills to ensure smooth production operations.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Oracle DB and Cloud technology.
• Experience in Splunk, Interscope, and AppDynamics application Programming Interface (API) integration.
• Experience in Incident Management and Problem Management Triage management.
• Expert knowledge in Payment and Merchant Technology Certification and production migration.
• Strong technical certification knowledge of Visa's Base 1, Mastercard's BankNet, BaseII systems, and IPM Clearing formats.

Responsibilities

• Identify possible production failure scenarios and create incident tickets, enhancements, and/or problem tickets in the ticket tracking system.
• Communicate effectively with development and internal business operations teams.
• Identify vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement, maintaining metrics to develop analysis that drives improvement in Production Services.
• Create and enhance administrative, operational, and technical policies and procedures, adopting best practice guidelines, standards, and procedures.
• Perform troubleshooting, analysis, research, and resolution using advanced query and programming skills.
