Requirements
- 5+ years of IT support experience (MSP background required).
- Strong technical skills in: Active Directory , Group Policy Microsoft Azure , Intune (Android/iOS) VMWare / Hyper-V , LAN/WAN, WiFi, Firewalls Windows Server OS (install, troubleshoot, maintain) Mac OS (must-have)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle for travel in NY Metro.
Nice To Haves
- Bonus: Basic Linux knowledge and any AI/automation experience .
- Industry certifications are a big plus!
Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site and remote IT support for clients across the NJ/NY Metro area.
- Implement and troubleshoot advanced technologies in networking, virtualization, and cloud environments .
- Configure systems and network architecture for new and existing clients.
- Install and support multi-vendor hardware: Servers, SAN, LAN, WAN, VPN .
- Monitor Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity solutions.
- Provide exceptional client service and document all work clearly and professionally.
- Collaborate on AI-driven projects that enhance automation and efficiency.
