The position involves providing technical assistance and support for end users, primarily in a data center environment. The role requires the ability to work across multiple sites, including traveling to different locations as necessary. The technician will be responsible for resolving hardware and software issues, installing and troubleshooting desktop and laptop systems, and maintaining accurate records of work performed. The technician will also coordinate hardware warranty repairs and manage inventory activities in collaboration with asset management teams. This role requires physical fitness to navigate large areas and the ability to work after hours and on weekends if required by the customer.
