• Obtaining vital signs
• Charting
• Engaging with residents
• Communicating with staff
• Keeping a resident-centered approach
• Monitoring and reporting changes in condition
• Assisting with ADLs
• Answering call lights
• Assisting with meal passes
• Light housekeeping when needed
